Use this form to apply for Charitable relief.

Before you start to complete this form you will need your business rates account number or your property reference number.

You will be given the opportunity to upload the following documents:

• a copy of the organisations constitution, rules or Articles of Association
• a copy of the latest available accounts
• rates bills for any other business premises you occupy (if applicable)
