- This project is the result of an initiative by ourselves and the Tweed Forum Consortium to establish a baseline of habitats, which will help provide an input to other spatial planning and sustainable development initiatives in the area. The baseline is a land cover and habitat map, at phase one level, of the Tweed catchment area, based on the interpretation of recent aerial photography imagery of the area. The inventory also provides an initial assessment of the amount of land under Local Biodiversity Action Plan criteria.
