The Reshaping Care Partnership (ourselves, NHS Borders, the Independent Sector (represented by Scottish Care) and Voluntary Sector (represented by Borders Voluntary Community Care Forum) wants to explain plans for the future proposals to further re-shape older people’s social care and health services in the Borders across the partner organisations.
The Engagement document summarises the Strategy and explains why services need to change and how it is proposed they will be delivered in the future. We would also like to ask your opinions on whether you think we have understood what services are important to older people and what services you would like to see, or maybe use, in the future. - Department
