Request or Question: I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information regarding breaches of Covid-19 restrictions in council run care homes in the UK:1. How many care homes do you run within the county?2. How many Covid-19 breaches by staff members/management have been reported to you since the beginning of the pandemic (March 2020) to date?3. How many times has disciplinary action been taken against staff as a result of these breaches since March 2020 to date?4. If so, what action was taken in each case?
