- Under the Freedom of Information Act I would like to request the number of fixed penalty notices issued by the council for the following offences in the last year (2020): - Parked in a designated disabled person's parking place without displaying a valid disabled person's badge in the prescribed manner (both on and off-street, PCN codes 40 and 87).

- Scottish Borders Council only enforce in our Off Street Pay and display car parks. For the year 2020 Scottish Borders Council issued 18 penalty charge notices for parking in a disabled parking space without having a valid blue badge.The enforcement of all On Street issues are the responsibility of Police Scotland at the website link provided below.
