We would be obliged if you can provide us with the following information held by Scottish Borders Council under the legislation listed above

Wherever possible we would be grateful if the information could be prepared to include the following:
* reference numbers.
* addresses of the subjects the actions are served over.

Response: 1) The Scottish Borders Council (2 High Street/12 Market Place, Jedburgh) Compulsory Purchase Order 2020 has been prepared and served on all owners/interested parties. One objection was received in relation to this matter. A public local inquiry took place on 5 May 2021. The matter remains with the Reporter for consideration.

(2) The Scottish Borders Council (Subjects at Clovenfords, Galashiels) Compulsory Purchase Order 2009 remains extant as the notice to treat process was used to take prompt entry on 6 September 2010, but compensation is still being resolved to enable title to be transferred. In respect of Area 1 compensation has been agreed and discussions regarding agreeing the terms of the conveyance to transfer title are at an advanced stage
