I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act to request the following information:1. 2.
3. I would like you to confirm what repairs to council housing the council would define as falling
4. into "urgent" and "emergency" categories. If you have a document or list outlining what kind of repairs fall into these two categories, I would like you to provide me with a copy.

Response
Scottish Borders Council is a post stock transfer Council having successfully completed the large scale voluntary stock transfer of all its Council housing stock on 3 March 2003.
Therefore it no longer has any Council house repairs. We therefore rely on s17 of FOI(S)A 2002 and declare that the information is not held.
