Request or Question: For the period starting 1st January 2018 and ending 31st December 2019, for your local authority:a) How many child protection referrals were made to the Children's Reporter that related to a child under the age of three years old?b) How many adoption orders were sought?
c) How many adoption orders were granted?
Response: A. SCRA Referrals made between 01.01.18 – 31.12.19:
Incl. 3 year olds = 37
N.B. It is not possible to differentiate 'child protection referrals' from other referrals. All referrals are made under the statutory grounds for referral to the Children's Reporter.
