Request or Question: Please provide me with a Safety report in relation to Heatheryett Cemetery in relation to :1) The number of recorded sunken graves2) The number of leaning headstonesIn regard to all Borders Cemeteries please provide the following :
1) A safety report in relation to the use of weed killer around headstones and its use in relation to the effect on the soil structure and the stability of headstones.
Response: 1) Zero
2) Zero.

In regard to all Borders Cemeteries please provide the following:
1) The Council does not have a specific safety report for the use of weed killer in cemeteries therefore, we give notice that no information is held under Regulation 10(4)(a) of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004.
The Council uses products which are licenced for use, and compliant with the licencing requirements, observing appropriate protocols in terms of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations.
