Request or Question: Please can you email me a list of businesses that qualify for Small Business Rates Relief (SBRR) but haven't applied for it. The below points are what I would like to request:* The name of the rate payer* The start date of the business rates account
* Rateable Value
* Applied for SBRR (YES OR NO)
* The full property address of the property
* The full amount of credit you hold for the business (if any)
Response: Small Business Relief is awarded if the property is occupied and the combined rateable value of all properties held in Scotland is less than £35K.

Unfortunately we do not specifically record information that would allow us to provide a list of customers who are eligible for Small Business Relief where no application has been made. We do not record if a property is occupied and we do not record the total rateable value for all properties each business hold within Scotland for each business registered to pay Business Rates in our area.

This information is not held and therefore we give notice under Section 17 (1) (b) of the Freedom of Information Act 2002.
