Request or Question: I am writing to politely request the following information under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA): How many times have you issues a council wide communication about delays to refuse collection services as a result of a shortage of drivers in each month of the last two years?
Response: No Council wide communications have been issued about delays to refuse collection services as a result of a shortage of drivers in each month of the last two years.
