Request or Question: Can I ask if it’s possible to have a breakdown of how much revenue Scottish Borders Council collects per annum from empty commercial properties through business rates?
Response: The Council does not specifically record if an NDR property is occupied or empty. Therefore we give notice that this information is not held under s17(1) of Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
