Request or Question: In accordance with The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and/or The Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004, the following information is requested -(1) - Has Council examined or considered the physio-social effects on a mobility impaired Individual who is prevented (real or imagined) from leaving home due to the absence of Disabled Bay parking close to their residence?(2) - If the above (1) is positive, please provide document copies, or ID references from which a future separate access request might be made.
Response: 1) Not considered, disabled parking bays are provided as per the Disabled Persons Parking Places (Scotland) Act 2009 for ‘qualifying persons’2) N/A
