Request or Question: I would be most grateful for a list of:a. public roads in the Scottish Borders Council area which are unpaved (that is do not have a layer of tarmac on them). This should include all such roads irrespective of length.b. public rights of way open to motor vehicles in the Scottish Borders Council area which are unpaved (that is do not have a layer of tarmac on them). This should include all such rights of way irrespective of length.I would be grateful if the details could be supplied either with grid references or as a GPX or ESRI file.
Response: a. I can confirm that the Council as Roads Authority do not hold this information therefore we give notice under 10(4)(a) of EI(S)R 2004.
