Request or Question: Please can you provide me with the following information:- 1.) How many staff has the council 'paid off' through either compulsory or voluntary redundancy? 2.) How much has the council paid to staff in pay offs either through compulsory or voluntary redundancy? 3.) Can these figures please be provided for years 2019/20 and 2020/21 (year to date for 2021 is fine).
Response: 2019/20 – 4 redundancies, total payment £34,030.91
2020/21 – 1 redundancy, total payment £2063.10
2021/22 – 3 redundancies, total payment £36,139.18.
