Response: Total absence days:
2019/20 (01/04/2019 – 31/03/2020) = 41,266.36
2020/21 (01/04/2020 – 31/03/2021) = 35,921.88

Total absence cost:
2019/20 (01/04/2019 – 31/03/2020) = 4,481,274.33
2020/21 (01/04/2020 – 31/03/2021) = 3,676,091.67
