I'd like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002:1. All policy and procedures relating to Scottish welfare fund decision making.2. All documents relating to Scottish Welfare fund award criteria including all documents developed by local authority staff.
3. Copies of any policy or guidance issued to staff when taking a phone application
4. Copies of any policy on what to do when an item is requested in a CCG application which cannot be provided in kind.

I'd like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002:
1. There are no internal documents. Scottish Borders Council follow the Scottish Welfare Fund Statutory Guidance (last published in March 2021) and The Welfare Funds (Scotland) Regulations 2016. This information can be viewed on the 1st website link provided below. Further information is also available on Scottish Borders Council’s website, please see 2nd website link provided below.
2. There are no internal documents developed by staff other than the Statutory Guidance.
3. There are no policy or procedures for dealing with telephone calls other than the Statutory Guidance.
4. There is no formal policy for dealing with an application which is not in kind.
