To whom it may concern. Please can you answer the following questions under Freedom of Information legislation.1) How many reports of fly-tipping has the council received in the last financial year (2020/21) and so far this financial year (2021/22)? Please break the figures down to show the total number of reports made in each financial year (2020/21 and so far in 2021/22).2) What sanctions arose from these reports, i.e. how many fixed penalty notices or fines were issued, how many people were taken to court, how many convictions were secured through the courts? Please break the figures down to show the total number of sanctions in each financial year (2020/21 and so far in 2021/22). Please give any broad details to show what result was obtained in each year for those cases successfully prosecuted at court (i.e. how many monetary sanctions, custodial sanctions and community orders).
