Request or Question: I would like to submit the following information under the Freedom of Information Act. I would appreciate any response to be sent electronically. 1) Does the local authority have a real nappy/reusable nappy initiative?- If yes, please provide details of the policy.
- And if yes, please provide details of how many families used this initiative broken down by year over the last 5 years.
2) Does the local authority provide additional refuse collections for households who have children using disposable nappies?
- If yes, please provide details of the policy for this.
- And if yes, please provide details of how many households have applied for this broken down by year over the last 5 years.
Response: The Council does not have a real/reusable nappy initiative nor does it provide specific refuse collections.
Some of the information you have requested cannot be provided because Scottish Borders Council does not hold it and therefore we give notice under s17 of FOI(S)A 2002 and declare that the information is not held.
