Request or Question: Under the Freedom of Information Act we formally request the information listed below: 1. Permanent Recruitment Agency Spend for the last 2 calendar years.
Response: Scottish Borders Council do not use recruitment agencies to recruit to permanent posts. All SBC vacancies are advertised on the myjobscotland website, this is a portal for advertising jobs only and not a recruitment agency. They don’t search for any candidates or provide us with candidates for consideration, we only have applicants which are done under their own volition .
