Response: 1. Headline backlog figure from SCOTS Financial Model for carriageways only (2019 report) £97,280,000. No figure available for pavements.
2. Steady State figure from SCOTS Financial Model for carriageways only (2019 report) £12,132,000. No figure available for footways.
