Request or Question: Request the following information that I am entitled to under the Freedom of Information Act 2002:* The reduction in greenspace in the council area since 2016
Response: The Scottish Borders covers a vast area of land and within it are various pockets of green spaces / open spaces etc. It is not all owned by the Council and some of it will belong to, for example, private individuals, housing associations, etc. We therefore give notice under 10(4)(a) of EI(S)R 2004 and declare that the information is not held.
