Request or Question: I request the following under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act of 2002: A full disclosure of all and any information detailing instructions sent to the service, generated by the service or sent by the service to abandon, do not resuscitate, or otherwise actively euthanise disabled patients of COVID-19 (including its derivatives) whom are deemed most likely not to survive, to be a burden on resources or obstructive to Scottish Borders Council personnel rather than on the basis of their clinical needs, without their consent.
