Under the Freedom of Information Act Scotland 2002, I request the following information to which I am publicly entitled.- The number average number of patients per GP broken down by year since 2016.- To be clear that is the calendar years: 2016-2017, 2017-2018; 2018-2019; 2019-2020; 2020-2021
