I am requesting the following information to which I am entitled, under the Freedom of Information Act Scotland (2002).- The number of empty properties broken down by calendar (or financial year depending on how the records are held) since 2016.Clarification from requestor that this request relates to Council Housing.
Response
Scottish Borders Council became a stock transfer authority in 2003 and therefore hold no housing stock, this information is not held we give notice under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act 2002.
