Request or Question: I would like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA):1. The number of referrals under section 11 of the Homelessness Etc (Scotland) Act 2003 made to your local authority over the last 10 financial years, broken down by year
Response: I can confirm that we received 320 section 11 referrals between July 2020 and March 2021. We received 183 referrals between April 2021 and September 2021. We do not hold records of the number of section 11 referrals received prior to July 2020 and therefore, for this part of your request, we give notice under Section 17 (1) (b) of the Freedom of Information Act 2002.
