I would like to make a request for some information/statistics under the Freedom of Information act.I am conducting an in depth look at tennis facilities in Scotland and would appreciate answers to the following:* How many public (council run) tennis courts are there in your local authority?* How many public (council run) tennis courts were there in your local authority in 2011?
* How much public money from your local authority was spent on the upkeep of public tennis courts in the financial year 2020/2021?
* How much public money from your local authority was spent on the upkeep of public tennis courts in the financial year 2010/2011?

* How many public (council run) tennis courts are there in your local authority? The Council has 10 tennis court assets, 8 of which are leased out to individual Tennis Clubs, not run by the Council.

* How much public money from your local authority was spent on the upkeep of public tennis courts in the financial year 2020/2021? - £7,218.83
* How much public money from your local authority was spent on the upkeep of public tennis courts in the financial year 2010/2011? - £34,611.88, however please note that this includes £30k LEADER funding towards a tennis club improvement project (SBC acting as secretariat to this Programme on behalf of Scottish Government).
