Request or Question: 1. Are you now using the Water Direct Scheme?2. If you currently do not use it, whether or not you plan to in the future?
Response: 1. We do not currently use this scheme to recover water and waste water charges.2. We have no formal plans to introduce the Water Direct scheme although this is constantly being reviewed and considered.
