Request or Question: Please can you email me a list of businesses that qualify for Charitable Rates Relief but haven't applied for it. The below points are what I would like to request: * The name of the rate payer* The start date of the business rates account
* Rates account number and/or property reference
* Applied for charitable rates relief (Yes or No)
* The full property address of the property
* The full amount of credit you hold for the business (if any)
Response: Entitlement to the various Business Rates reliefs currently available is generally considered on an individual basis on receipt of an application form and where appropriate, the required supporting documentation.
We do not hold a list of properties that would be eligible for the various reliefs but have failed to apply therefore, this information is not held and therefore we give notice under Section 17 (1) (b) of the Freedom of Information Act 2002.
