Request or Question: I would like to make a request for information under the FOISA.The information I require is -How many outstanding equal pay claims is the council currently facing?What is the estimated value of these claims?
Response: Scottish Borders Council have one outstanding equal pay claim however we have taken the decision not to release the estimated value of this claim as it could identify individuals. Therefore, we are relying on section 38(1)(b) of FOI(S)A 2002 in withholding this information.
