I would be grateful if you could provide the following information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. 1. How many hours of teaching time per week do children in your authority's primary schools receive (by teaching hours, I mean contact time with a teacher not including breaks or lunch)
2.Do all your secondary schools offer 27.5 hours of teacher contact per week in term time?
3. If not, how many schools offer less than 27.5 timetabled classes with teachers? And please specify how many hours of timetabled classes are offered per week?
4. If you have schools who do not offer timetabled classes for all pupils on a Friday afternoon then please state the number of timetabled hours pupils have with teachers.
Note this request refers to mainstream secondary schools not special schools
