Freedom of Information Request* Roads (Scotland) Act 1984:- Section 12, Section 68, Section 69, Section 70, Section 71, Section 72, Section 73, Section 74, Section 104, Section 105, Section 106, Section 107, Section 108 We would be obliged if you can provide us with the following details in regards to notices/Orders that have been made by Scottish Borders Council under the legislation listed above:
* All Orders made by Scottish Borders Council from 21st May 2021 to 23rd November 2021 under the legislation listed above
Wherever possible we would be grateful if the information could be prepared to include the following:
* Reference numbers.
* Addresses of the subjects the actions are served over.
* Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN)
* Relevant dates.
We do not require the personal data contained with these records. We would also prefer to receive this information in an electronic format, failing which in hard copy.
Response
There have been no orders made by SBC that meet the requirements of this request for the time period mention. It should be noted that all notices published by Scottish Borders Council under the relevant sections of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 and the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 as stated above are available to view free at the website below.
There are currently no monies outstanding for any previously promoted orders.
