In each year since the introduction of Frank's Law, how much funding has been received from the Scottish Government to implement it?In each of those years, how much of that funding has been used for purposes other than Frank's Law (with a breakdown of such use)?
Response
In 2019-20 £577k was received on a one-off basis to permanently remove income budgets in relation to charges for personal care for under 65's – in line with the introduction of Frank's Law. ALL of this funding was used to off-set client income assumptions.
