Request or Question: Please could I request the following under freedom of information legislation: 1. The cost of cleaning up rural Fly-tipping in total from 1 April 2020 to 29 November 20212. Numbers of recorded cases of rural fly-tipping across the council area from: 1 April 2019 to 29 November 20213. And any other Council figures on rural fly-tipping from the period 1 April 2016 to 29 November 2021
Response: 1. We do not keep specific timesheets for clearing fly-tipping. It is included in daily duties of our squads therefore we refer to S17 of FOI(S)A 2002 and declare that the information is not held.
