Scottish Borders does not hold the information requested. Therefore we refer to S17 of FOI(S)A 2002 and declare that the information is not held.
Scottish Borders Council successfully completed the voluntary stock transfer of all its Council houses to Scottish Borders Housing Association in March 2003. Therefore it has no tenants or Council houses for the period covered by the questions.
Although we don't have a housing stock, there was one complaint in 2016 about a leak in one of our Homelessness Accommodation and 4 complaints where people have raised concerns about their rented properties (SBHA) or neighbouring properties.
