* Have needs relating to a physical impairment or illness? - 12%

* There is a significant impact on their wellbeing because they are not getting the help they need – see below
These figures were arrived at taking into account all Adult Personal Assessments and What Matters Assessments, identifying the all user groups associated with the person and includes anyone who had one of these assessments regardless of the outcome.
With regards to the final point under question 3 in order to respond as "achieving 2 or more of everyday tasks" is not something we record. Similarly "Eligibility outcomes" is not a term that we could report on as we have an Eligibility Criteria that informs what the Council will fund. Currently the Council will fund care in instances where people have been assessed as having critical and substantial needs. Therefore we refer to S17 of FOI(S)A 2002 and declare that the information is not held.
4.
* Are you a homeowner?
* Do you have more than £23,250 in capital? - Yes
* What is your typical monthly retirement income? [retired] No
* What is your typical monthly income [unemployed/employed] No
* Do you live with a family member? Yes
* We do not ask any of these questions
On the referral we ask if the person lives alone – yes/no and do you own or rent your home – own/rent/not known. There are no questions in relation to finance.
