Request or Question: I wish to make a freedom of information request to the council. I request to know if completed Childs Plan/Young Persons Plan before being filed on educational records or Seemis, would be required to be signed by either all the plan partners or as a minimum the lead professional who compiles the plan as part of the local authorities procedures for dealing with these documents.
Response: The Scottish Borders template requires the Lead Professional's signature.
