Request or Question: I request the following under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act of 2002: Please disclose all and any recorded information detailing when the report by Andrew Webster QC regarding the councils' failures around the physical abuse of autistic children by an SBC teacher convicted of the offence by a jury at a court of Scottish Criminal Law, will be published to the public.
Response: Mr Webster has confirmed to the Council that it is his intention, in the absence of exceptional circumstances, to conclude his inquiry by 31st January 2022, and that he plans to present his report formally to Council shortly after that date.We confirm that the Council meeting at which the report will be presented by Mr Webster will be a public meeting.
