I would like to request the information set out below from yourorganisation under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA).I am also requesting that you send me the information formatted into an
excel spreadsheet. Please do not put this into PDF format. As you know,
under the legislation, I am entitled to request that the information be
sent to me in an accessible format.
1) For each councillor, the number of days absent from council business per year, for the last 5 business years, broken down by year.
2) For each councillor, the percentage of relevant council votes the councillor has been present for per year, for the last 5 business years, broken down by year
3) For each councillor, the number of enquiries received per year, for the last 5 business years, broken down by year.
4) The number of times the Council has received a complaint about a councillor not responding to an enquiry, broken down by councillor, for the last 5 business years, and broken down by year
Response
Question 1 – 3 is not recorded by the Council, therefore we give notice under section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and declare this information is not held.
Question 4 – Due to a change in Monitoring Officer information is only held from 2020. Therefore we give notice that information from 2018 and 2019 is no longer held under section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

The names of all Councillors is withheld under section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. However, I can confirm that all complaints were not upheld and relate to different Councillors.
