- We contacted you on 06 October 2021 and requested information. I am looking to request information on Statutory/Enforcement Notices including Closing and Demolition Orders served under the Housing and Environmental Health Acts. (We note that Statutory/Enforcement Notices served under the Building (Scotland) Acts and the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Acts and Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act are available online). We are looking to update our records, if you could provide us with an update of info to cover the gap between the date stated above and present day, in a Word/Excel doc that would be great. We require details of reference number and the address of the subjects affected by the Notice.
