Again under the "Freedom of Information" act can the residents also have sighting of the documents of who asked the farmer to increase the numbers and the document approving the increase of pig numbers. How many pigs have been authorised and for what period of time.
Response: b) We do not hold any documents in relation to livestock numbers increasing and therefore we give notice under 10(4)(a) of EI(S)R 2004. You may try contacting ScotEID for this information.

Trading Standards and Animal Health have not asked nor sent any documentation requesting the farmer to increase pig numbers. This would not be within our remit to do so.
