Request or Question: We note in your response to question number 3 confirm that subcontractors were employed to carry out the clearance of trees following storm Arwen. 1. Please provide us with the name of the subcontractors and details of the instructions. 2. Please also confirm the date the subcontractors commenced and completed the work.
Response: 1. Four Seasons Contracting Limited where contracted to remove trees on B6460 from Fogo Smiddy to Charterhall. They were given a verbal instruction to remove trees off the road and cut them back a meter off the edge of the carriageway.

2. The work started on the Sunday 28 November and was completed on Monday the 29th.
