Please could I request the following under freedom of information legislation: 1. The number of pothole repairs made within the Council’s area between 4 May 2017 and 22 March 2022.2. The cost of repairing potholes within the Council’s area between 4 May 2017 and 22 March 2022.3. The cost of road repair due to damage within the Council’s area between 4 May 2017 and 22 March 2022.
Response
1.        Since February 2021 we have carried out 62,660 reactive repairs on potholes however it is not possible for the data to be broken down for the years requested as the data isn’t stored in a manner which is accessible and would enable us to accurately report. Therefore we give notice under 10(4)(a) of EI(S)R 2004 and declare the information is not held.

2.        The information provided is only available for financial years 1st April to 31st March
