Request or Question: To Whom it May ConcernI would like to make a freedom of information request.Please can you let me know the following.1. What percentage of computers at Peebles Library are windows 8 and when were they upgraded to Windows 8 from windows 7.
2. What percentage computers at Peebles Library are still operating with Windows 7 . How may if these computers have the Extended Security Updates for Windows 7 and when was the extended security purchased.
3. What percentage of computers at Peebles Library are unavailable for use by the general public and why?
Response: 1. All the devices for public use in Peebles Library are Windows 8.1 and these were upgraded in 2016 from Windows 7.
2. All computers for public use are Windows 8.1
3. 4 not in use due to covid restrictions 36.5%. (11 machines in total)
