With reference to my previous request 311 in relation to the above housing development, please can I advise that I note there is no correspondence from the upper tweed community council regarding the LDP - presumably, they made at least one representation for the community which would have been made freely available to view, as is the case with your current proposed LDP?One of the documents also mentions that residents and an MP objected to an area that was initially included in the proposed LDP. Could I please request all correspondence and consultation documentation that relates to this matter (i.e. the initial development of the LDP and zoning of the land in Broughton) from the Community Council, MPs, and public. If possible I would like to request any correspondence from Mr Lewin relating to the zoning of land within the LDP.
Response
The Council retains no further information in respect to this information request.The information already provided was in relation to the allocation of land at Broughton that the Council hold within their electronic files. The Council no longer hold any other additional information such as correspondence from community councils, MPs or the public relating to that Plan for Broughton. Therefore the Council give notice under 10(4)(a) of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 that the information requested is not held.
