I would be grateful if you could tell me:1-For each of the years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 - the FTE number of staff employed as home carers / home helps for the council.2-For each of the years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021- the number of private agency staff deployed by the council to deliver home care/ home help services.3-For each of the years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 - the total amount paid to private agencies for the provision of home care/ home help services.
Clarification requested by Department:
In Q1.- I mean the number of people (full time equivalent) under contract with the council to fulfil the role of home carer/home help during that period. I think it would be okay to present this as a snapshot from a particular day or month in the year, provided they were for the same point.
Q2 - That would be fine to reword, I understand that rather than private agencies, some may be third sector organisations too.
Q3 - I'm happy for that question to cover the definition in question 2.
