Request or Question: I would be grateful if you could tell me:-For each of the years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 - the FTE number of staff employed to work in your parks and grounds maintenance team, or equivalent named team which may be involved in any of the following:* cutting grass* weeding shrubs and other planted areas
* pruning and hedge cutting
* trimming and removing trees (if needed to improve public safety)
* clearing leaves
* planting floral displays and bedding plants
* repairing damage to path edges, walls, and fences
* maintaining cemeteries
Response: Due to the nature of our work, we do not have numbers of staff split into the different activities. Therefore, we have supplied the total number of staff we have for the years listed.
2017/2018 – 91 FTE
2018/2019 – 86 FTE
2019/2020 – 81 FTE
2020/2021 – 77 FTE
2021/2022 – 77 FTE
