- please treat the following as an FOI request.1) How many complaints has the council received in the last three financial years concerning delivery cyclists (i.e. cyclists delivering food for companies such as Just Eat, Deliveroo etc.). If possible, please provide details of the nature of the complaints. Please break the figures down for each year.2) How many complaints has the council received in the last three financial years concerning the use of e-scooters, i.e. complaints from people who have encountered people using e-scooters on public routes in contravention of the law. Please break the figures down for each year.
