1. Other - Multiple suppliers/providers across all SBC departments
(Example, Adecco, matrix, Comensura, other)
2. Each department looks to call off from national SXL and Procurement Scotland Agency frameworks if they can provide what they are looking to recruit at the time and then if they cannot recruit via this route they recruit from other sources as off contract spend
3. There is no single Contract Manager within SBC for agency staff – each Service Director approves agency recruitment for their area of responsibility
