Request or Question: Under FOI I would be grateful if you could provide me with the following information1. How many Community Safety Officers, Community Enforcement officers, or equivalent are currently employed in the Local Authority?2. How many community safety officers or community enforcement officers were/were in employment by the local authority in each year for the last 10 years, broken down by year?

Response: 1. There is one Community Safety Policy Officer.
There are three full time and one part time Antisocial Behaviour Officers for neighbour disputes.
The council fund two sergeants and twelve constables as a Community Action Team.

2012/2022 One Community Safety officer.
2012/2020 Two Antisocial Behaviour Officers.
2020/2022 Three full time Antisocial Behaviour Officers and one part time.
2018/19 - 7 police officers (Community Action Team).
2019/20 – 7 police officers to December 2019, 11 police officers as at January 2020 and 13 police officers as at February 2020, 14 police officers as at March 20 (Community Action Team).
2020/21 - 14 police officers (Community Action Team).
2021/22 - 14 police officers (Community Action Team).
